The space

The Philippa Villa offers a modern open plan living area with a well appointed chef style kitchen and dining for six around a beautiful locally handmade dining table. The spacious lounge benefits from contemporary furnishings including HD TV and the best WiFi internet on the island. For your comfort there are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa. The luxurious master bedroom includes ‘hisʼ and ‘herʼ sinks, a luxury rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe. There is plenty of storage with his and hers wardrobes with a free standing wooden wall dividing it from the sleeping area. The room also enjoys a comfortable super king size bed, at the foot of which is a luxury sleeper bath for those self indulgent moments.

The other two bedrooms includes a luxury rain shower with a tiled pebbled floor that gently massagers your feet whilst you bathe, wc and wash hand basin. There is plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes makeup table and linen basket. The rooms also enjoy a comfortable super king size bed with beautiful views of the lush green jungle and the sea beyond.

Guest access

Guest have access throughout the villa and its gardens that surround. You have a private out door pool that has panoramic views of the evergreen jungle from the right, breath taking views of the Gulf of Thailand to the front and Lamai bay to the left.

Interaction with guests

We will meet and great you on your arrival at Koh Samui and take you to your villa. The transfer is for one arrival and is free for all guests.

We will introduce you to your villa and the surrounding area. We can also arrange a transfer for you from your villa to your point of departure on the island, costs do apply. If you need further assistance we will be just a call away to help you with any of your needs and to make your stay a pleasant one.

Other things to note

The villa is situated on the southern end of the island. Greener, less crowded, quiet and with lots of privacy. It is close to tourist attractions, lots of nearby beaches and local restaurants. A kite-surfing school, Tiger Zoo, Aquarium, Monkey shows, Elephant treks etc. are all nearby as are many quiet relaxing beaches and beach bars.

Free Car

• To be eligible to drive in Ko Samui with free car.
• All drivers must be over 21 years of age and hold a valid driving licence from their home country which must be seen.
• You must do a full inspection of the vehicle.
• You must read the driving terms and conditions and agree to receive the keys.
• All vehicles are fully insured for the nominated driver.
• All vehicles must be returned clean and in the same condition that they were received in.

Our price includes

• Car, One hatchback 5 door salon.
• Airport / port transfer is free for your arrival only.
• Water and electricity - unlimited usage (No charge but be respectful to the environment as its very expensive and in short supply).
• Maid cleaning service on a daily basis.
• Bed linen and towel changes twice per week.

Optional Extras

• Thai chef for 1,500 THB plus food cost (Approx 1,500THB) per time, available to prepare evening meal for up to 6 guests. Signature dishes prepared plus waiting service. A charge of 500 THB per extra guest after 6.
• Breakfast is 1,200 THB plus food cost (Approx 1,000THB) per time for up to 6 guests. A charge of 400 THB per extra guest after 6.
• Spa, massage and Yoga available on request.
• Trips - e.g. boat, island, scuba, kayaking and kite-surfing can be booked with us on arrival.

Please note that any minor damage/breakages (but not all) shall be charged at the end of your stay at replacement value, If required.
